Refund policy

We do not offer returns; only shop credit or exchanges.
We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a shop credit refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Please note that refunds will need to be sent to our studio at the buyer's expense; the buyer will not be reimbursed for shipping fees incurred for returning any item(s). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Canada, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like underwear, swimsuit bottoms, jewellery, hair accessories, and hats. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the shop credit refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded the amount of the item purchase via digital gift card emailed directly to the email on file.
